Effective · Coach Hype LLC

Effective September 18, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Coach Hype LLC ("Coach Hype", "we", "us"). They apply when you use www.coachhype.com, book a session, join the programme, or buy the digital tool.

What we offer

  • Coaching sessions: Breakthrough Session, Deep-Dive Package, and VIP Day, booked through our own scheduling system.
  • The twelve-week programme: 12-Week Focus Architecture Program, also booked through our own scheduling system.
  • A digital tool: FLOURISH:ENGINE Standalone Edition, delivered as an instant download of a single HTML file.
  • Free writing on this site.

Coaching is not therapy or medical care

Coaching helps you plan, focus, and follow through. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care, or legal or financial advice. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you need medical or mental-health care, please see a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

Booking and payment

  • You must be 18 or older to buy from us.
  • Payment runs through Stripe. A booking or order is confirmed once payment has cleared.
  • You agree to give accurate contact details so we can reach you and deliver what you bought.

Sessions

  • Sessions are held 1:1 on Zoom. The link arrives in your confirmation email.
  • Each session is recorded, with a transcript. We share both with you. Tell us before the session if you do not want it recorded.
  • Written follow-ups, such as an action plan or roadmap, are sent to your email address.

Rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out when you can reschedule, when a session is forfeited, and when you can get a refund. That policy is part of these terms.

The digital tool

When you buy FLOURISH:ENGINE Standalone Edition, you get a licence to use it. Here is what that licence means:

  • It is personal. It is for you, on your own devices.
  • It is not transferable. You may not sell, rent, share, or give the file to anyone else.
  • It is perpetual for the version you downloaded. You may keep and use that file for as long as you like. We may release new versions, but new versions are not part of this purchase.
  • You may not pass the tool off as your own work or build a product on it.
  • The same licence covers a copy you receive free with a coaching package.
  • If we refund your purchase, the licence ends and you must delete the file.

The file is delivered as a download on the page you land on after payment. If you lose it, email us with the email address you used at checkout and we will send you a fresh download link. The tool keeps its data in your browser. You are responsible for exporting and backing up your own data.

Your part

  • Show up on time for sessions you book.
  • Treat us with respect. We will do the same.
  • The decisions you make after a session are yours.

Our content

The writing, design, and tools on this site belong to Coach Hype LLC. You may read and share links freely. You may not copy or republish our content for commercial use without asking us first.

Limits on our responsibility

We do our work with care, but we cannot promise a particular result. Your results depend on what you do between sessions. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. If we have a disagreement, please email us first at yourstruly.oliver@gmail.com so we can try to sort it out. If that does not work, either of us may take the matter to the state or federal courts located in Georgia, United States. Either of us may instead use small claims court where the claim qualifies.

Changes

If we change these terms, we post the new version here with a new effective date. Changes do not apply to orders you already placed.
