Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective September 18, 2026. This policy belongs to Coach Hype LLC ("Coach Hype", "we", "us"). It is part of our Terms of Service.

Here is what happens if you need to move a session, cancel, or ask for your money back.

Coaching sessions

This covers Breakthrough Session, Deep-Dive Package, and VIP Day, and each session inside 12-Week Focus Architecture Program.

Reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the session starts. Email us, or use the reschedule link in your booking confirmation.
Cancel or miss a session less than 24 hours before it starts, and the session is forfeited. No refund is given.
If Coach Hype cancels, you get a full refund. If you would rather rebook, we will find you a new time.

This covers FLOURISH:ENGINE Standalone Edition, delivered as an instant download.

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email us with the email address you used at checkout. No questions asked.
After 14 days, the purchase is final.
Once refunded, your licence ends and you must delete the file.

This covers 12-Week Focus Architecture Program.

Within the first 14 days after purchase, you can ask for a pro-rated refund. We refund the unused weeks. A week is unused if it has not started when we receive your request.
After 14 days, no refund is given.
Individual sessions inside the programme follow the 24-hour rule above.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

If we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new effective date. Changes do not apply to orders you already placed.
